Don't have a copy of your lease?

Most leaseholders never see the original after the conveyancing pack. The good news: leases are public documents. Order a copy from HM Land Registry for £7, emailed within 24 hours. You only need your address.

How long until I get access?

Usually within a few hours during UK working hours, and within 24 hours overnight or at weekends. You'll get a confirmation email first (auto), then a second email from Adam with your login link once your workspace is set up.

Does it cost anything?

Not right now. You get one full lease question to try it out, and while we're still in early pilot, usage stays free. We want to see what real users need before we set long-term pricing.

What can I ask?

Anything grounded in your lease. What the ground rent clause says, whether a pet is permitted, what the service charge actually allows, whether a subletting restriction applies. LEASE-iQ will cite the exact clause in its answer. For questions that aren't lease-specific (statutory obligations, Section 20 processes), the site has guides, or check the user guide.
